Hello, my name is Toria Townsend, and thank you for your interest in Classy Melita, a licensed wine wholesaler and private wine label. I offer exclusive, distinctive wines available for individual purchases and limited-batch selections.

I am a proud African American woman entrepreneur who is deeply committed to building a brand rooted in integrity, faith, and legacy. Classy Melita was created in honor of my aunt, Melita, whose strength, grace, and impact continue to inspire me. After her passing in 2020 due to COVID-related complications, I knew it was important to carry on her name and legacy through this business.

Starting this journey was not easy. I faced challenges and uncertainties, but through faith, research, determination, and meaningful connections, I continued moving forward. By the grace of God, I have been able to grow and establish my brand step by step.

 

My mission goes beyond wine. I am passionate about giving back to my community and showing young and aspiring entrepreneurs that their dreams are valid! No matter where they come from. Living in a small town does not mean your dreams have to be small. With hard work, faith, and persistence, anything is possible.

I am not where I ultimately want to be yet, but I am far from where I started and I will continue to strive forward.
