Wine Policy

1. Age Verification (21+ Requirement)

• All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, receive, or handle wine products from Tovah LLC d/b/a Classy Melita.

• By placing an order, customers confirm they are at least 21 years old.

• A valid government-issued ID may be required at checkout, pickup, or delivery.

 

2. Shipping & State Restrictions

• We ship wine only to states where it is legally permitted.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that wine purchases comply with their state and local laws.

• Tovah LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to legal shipping restrictions.

 

3. Adult Signature Required

• A person 21 years or older must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package.

• Carriers cannot leave wine shipments unattended.

 

4. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

• Orders typically require 2–4 business days to process before shipping.

• Shipping times may vary based on location, weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

• Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

 

5. No Refunds – All Sales Final

​

• All wine sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once an order is completed.

• Due to alcohol regulations and product safety rules, we cannot accept returned wine for any reason, including taste preference.

• If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for review.

 

6. Weather & Transit Conditions

• Wine can be affected by extreme heat or cold.

• Tovah LLC is not responsible for damage caused by weather, shipping delays, or improper storage after delivery.

• Customers may request delayed shipping during extreme temperatures.

 

7. Product Quality & Handling

• All wine is stored, handled, and packaged using industry-standard practices to maintain quality.

• Once the product leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier and the customer.

 

8. Taste, Preference & Product Variations

• Wine flavor and characteristics may vary naturally by batch, vintage, or storage conditions.

• We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to personal taste or preference.

 

9. Privacy & Customer Information

• Tovah LLC does not store or share customer information except for order processing, compliance, and shipping purposes.
